After spending many years working for both corporate and residential tree removal companies and over 10 years working as a union carpenter, Ralph decided to set out on his own. Tree removal is extremely hard work, and takes a lot of dedication to ones own personal training and education. This is definitely a trade that its best served when you work for yourself. As many of you may know or don’t know yet, the industry is filled with a lot of inconsistency and low retention rates. Earth and Lumber wants to provide its clients with truly honest and high quality tree care, hopefully building long term connections within the community and long term clients. 

Teaming up with his wife Gianna, who has experience in running online businesses and managing the behind the scenes, the two oversee Earth and Lumber together. In addition to tree work, Gianna and Ralph live in Saylorsburg with their two children Luchiana Aruna and Odin. They love thrift shopping, talks of sustainability, regenerative farming, and Fintech. 

Earth and Lumber is dedicated to the vision of one day not only being a tree removal company, but in the process of learning to plant trees as well, no doubt an invaluable service to bring the people they serve.
